An excellent product for cleaning is isopropanol alcohol and the included microfibre cloth, as it will remove most oily residues that could affect the adhesive backing.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInstalling tape in strips instead of trying to wind it on is recommended. With the backing still on the tape, figure out how long the strip needs to be, and cut to length using scissors or any sharp, bladed tool. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePeel the back paper off to reveal the adhesive glue.
